Surface duo; a fusion of Microsoft with Android
Microsoft has a whole family of Surface computers such as Surface Pro, Surface Book, Surface Laptop, and Surface Studio. Following these, the new foldable Surface Duo joins the hub.
The Surface duo is a paradise for multi-taskers. It allows users to use more than one app at a time. This helps in the completion of work faster than ever. It is the finest blend of Microsoft along with Android apps.

The Surface Duo will be available on the market from September 2020 at a price range of $1,399.
Surface Duo features a dual-screen 5.6″ OLED display with 1,800 x 1,350 pixels and an aspect ratio of 4:3. The Duo can be combined and used as a single 8.1″ single screen with a resolution of 2,700 x 1,800 pixels and an aspect ratio of 3:2. A Corning Gorilla glass protects the screen display.
Hardware & Software:
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 powers the Duo Tablet and it runs on the Android 10 OS. A 3577mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging technology fuels the Duo. The battery offers a standby time of up to 10 days.
Storage & Connectivity:
Storage capacity includes a 6GB RAM and the internal memory comes in two variants, 128GB and 256GB. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, LTE, GPS, GPRS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, and QZSS along with USB-C port. The Duo comes with a Dual-SIM usage, an e-SIM and a nano-SIM.
In terms of optics, the front and rear have an 11MP camera with an aperture of f/2.0 that features an Auto mode, 7x super zoom, and adjustable depth control. The camera supports 4K video recording up to 1080p at 30 fps and 60 fps, and HEVC and H.264 video recording format.
The Duo supports Surface Pens like Surface Slim Pen and Surface Hub 2 Pen. The package includes Surface Duo Bumper, USB-C Power Supply, SIM Ejector tool, Guide, and a 1-year warranty card.
