OnePlus 32-inch Y1 TV; a mid-range smart TV
Apart from handsets and headsets, OnePlus also plays a vital role in the field of Television. The new OnePlus Y series is among the highlighted televisions list of 2020.
OnePlus Y TV comes with a 32-inch Direct LED, High-dynamic-range display having a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:09. The special enhancement features include Anti-aliasing, Noise reduction, Dynamic Contrast, and Color space mapping. The Gamma engine picture enhancer offers HD videos and images.
The TV runs on the Android 9 Operating System. It supports JPEG, MPO image formats, MP4, MPEG video formats, and PAL, NTSC, SECAM Analog reception formats. The TV also offers AC3 Dolby audio formats along with AAC, M4A, OGG, and WMA. The company has promised the inclusion of Data Saver mode in the future up-gradation.
Connectivity features include 2.4 GHz WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0 and OnePlus Smartphone connect. Interfaces include 1 Ethernet port, 1 RF connection port, 2 HDMI inputs, an RCA AV input, a digital audio output port, and 2 USB ports.
The telly has access to Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Google Play Store, and can be controlled by the Google Voice Assistant. Unlike many other smart TVs, it has a built-in Chromecast feature.
