Apple has planned to launch its next model iPhone by October 2020. The company always releases new phones in September. But this year, due to COVID-19, the launch has been postponed. This new phone could be termed as iPhone 12 as the successor of the iPhone 11.

Apple has decided to surprise its fans by releasing five variants, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max with 5G compatibility, and the basic model of iPhone 12 with 4G compatibility.
The big news in Apple’s iPhone 12 is the inclusion of a potentially game-changing long-range 3D camera.
The new iPhone 12 series are expected in three different sizes 5.4 inches, 6.1 inches & 6.7 inches. This is the first time Apple is releasing a 6.7 inch phone.
It comes with A14 Bionic 7nm chip, and 4GB, 6GB RAM with 128GB, 256GB internal memory along with a 12W super-fast wireless charging. The phone is draped with an elegant glossy super retina XDR OLED capacitive touchscreen display surrounded by Dolby Atmos speakers and a 120 Hz ProMotion refresh rate.

iPhone 12 – 5.4 inch OLED display from Samsung with Y-OCTA integrated touch with 2340 x 1080 resolution with 475 PPI.
iPhone 12 Max – 6.1 inch OLED display from BOE/LG with 2532 x 1170 resolution with 460 PPI.
iPhone 12 Pro – 6.1 inch OLED display from Samsung, possibly with 2532 x 1170 resolution with 460 PPI.
iPhone 12 Pro Max – 6.7 inch OLED display from Samsung with Y-OCTA support and possibly with XDR and 2778 x 1284 resolution with 458 PPI.
The iPhone 12 has a 48 MP Primary sensor, a new LiDAR sensor, Ultra Wide-angle with 10X Telephoto zoom.
Rumors say that the new iPhone 12 won’t be accompanied by charger and earpods. The user has to pay separately for the charger and pods which might be a different step in the world of mobile phones.
